Log in:

You may post without logging in but if you post often,  logging in will make it faster. It will also give you access to edit all your postings and profile.

If you are already listed as an Artist, Arts Organization or Venue in the Directory you will have a password. Use the email address you submitted for your organization and your password to login. Once you login submission forms will auto-fill the information already in the directory for each type of submission.  If you are not in the directory you can obtain a login by clicking “Become a Frequent Poster”.  You will enter your contact information and obtain a password.

Once you log in you may also edit any postings that are active for your profile.

Approved Posters have their submissions go online without being reviewed and approved by Sonomaarts.com. An established Artist or Arts Organization with a history of running successful events may be approved to have its submissions to go online immediately without approval or screening for each event. If you have already submitted as an Artist, Art Organization or Venue on SonomaArts.com and wish to become an approved poster, Click here to send an email requesting approval or do so from the top of the Submission form.

What is the Directory and What is the Calendar?

The Directory is an online listing of Artists, Arts Organizations, and Art Venues.  It is a searchable listing of arts providers.  Each artist, organization or venue has a page to tell their story, have a logo or image and links to their webpages and more.  Do not use the Directory to post an event, exhibit, show, performance, class or workshop

The  Calendar Events is the place to list any art happening.  This posting allows you to list the time, dates and place of your event; a description and image.  It will appear on the Calendar.  You can enter events without being listed in our Directory.  So if you are putting on art events, but are not an artist or arts organization  (or you prefer not to publicize in the Directory)  you can still publicize your event.  That's the whole point of Sonomaarts.com, to let the public know about you and your events!
